Class Information and FAQs
-
Absolutely not! Just Dance classes are for everybody and every body, irrespective of age or ability level. In short, if you love music and dance, this is the class for you. Whether you’ve danced your whole life or whether you’ve always wanted to dance - it’s never to late to start!
-
If you’re going right while everyone else is going left, all the better, it doesn’t matter! Try not to focus on being perfect, simply enjoy the music and movement and trust that it will eventually start to click. Like learning any new sport or skill, with a bit of practise, you’ll look like a total pro in no time at all!
-
Just Dance classes are a judgement-free zone. The Just Dance tribe really are the most encouraging, supportive group of people you could hope to meet so even though you might feel apprehensive about that first class, the important thing is that you muster the courage to get yourself there. Turning up is the hard part - because as soon as you walk through the studio door, you’ll soon see that you have absolutely nothing to worry about!
-
Yes, all classes can be booked via the timetable page of this website or to make it even easier you can download the Just Dance UK App. There are a variety of payment options from drop in pay-as-you-go each time, or if you want to make a bit more of a commitment to get to class, there's also an option to pay monthly for unlimited classes. Full details are on the Class Prices page.
-
There is plenty of free off-street parking available at all our studio locations.
-
You should simply wear whatever you feel comfortable dancing and exercising in. Lots of Just Dancers tend to wear loose fitting jogging bottoms or leggings, sports tops, t-shirts and trainers. We recommend that you wear soft ballet shoes or bare feet for the Flowetic, Barre and Tone & Stretch classes.

The best way to see what our classes are all about is to give them a try. Even if you find getting yourself to that first class is a little daunting, you’ll soon see that you have nothing to worry about. I know I’m biased but the people who come to Just Dance classes really are the friendliest people in all of South East London! If have any questions these FAQ’s haven’t answered, please don't hesitate to drop us a line.

What is it?
We start this class with an abs exercise (to ‘Eye of the Tiger’, obviously!) and then after a quick warm up and stretch, we’re ready to dance! A new routine is taught every 2 weeks and ranges in style from commercial, jazz and contemporary to hip hop and street dance. The choreography can be challenging but whether you are a complete beginner, or an experienced dancer - this class is for anyone who has ever wanted to learn how to really dance!
